Job summary

ASM Global Florence Center is seeking an Operations Staff member to assist in all aspects of event conversion and daily facility operations. Responsibilities include setting up and tearing down event elements, loading and unloading, cleaning, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies.

The role requires the ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to lift up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or GED and a SC driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year custodial experience preferred.
• Must have SC Driver License.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and teardown for events (flooring, chairs, walls, barricades, tables).
• Support daily operations, load/unload trucks, trash disposal, and supply replenishment.
• Participate in pre/post event cleaning and janitorial tasks.
• Report safety issues and property discrepancies to supervisor.
• Work extended hours as needed, including nights and weekends.
