Job summary

Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with a focus on customer service, staff leadership and development. You will direct the technical team to ensure operational efficiencies and high client satisfaction, and may participate in location admin tasks to support onsite operations.

The role requires coordinating event setup and teardown, training technicians on standards, and maintaining equipment security and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience is required.
• Must meet all training and certifications required for this position.
• Internal applicants must meet internal training requirements.
• Knowledge of technical theory.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading workflow and team members.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license required for positions operating company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities for timely equipment setup and removal.
• Directs technician workflow and suggests efficiencies to management.
• Keeps flowsheets updated and accurate.
• Ensures coordinated communications for event management.
• Attends venue meetings as needed.
• Provides excellent customer service and upholds standards.
