Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a motivated student intern for our Events team to assist with peak-season readiness. You will coordinate booth vendors, track responses, audit swag inventory, and support asset upkeep to ensure seamless event operations.

The role is seasonal, aligning with academic breaks, and offers hands-on experience in event planning, operations, and vendor management within a world-class tech environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating professionally with external vendors.
• Must be available to work during the summer break.
• Interest in events, marketing, or operations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to and coordinate with booth vendors, communicating requirements ahead of peak season.
• Track vendor responses, timelines, and deliverables to secure booths well in advance.
• Audit current swag inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders.
• Assist with sourcing and ordering new swag/promotional materials as needed.
• Conduct physical audits of company-owned booth properties and equipment to assess condition.
• Document and flag any damaged, missing, or worn assets that need repair or replacement.
• Support the events team with general administrative and organizational tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate records/trackers of vendor communications, inventory, and asset condition.
