Job summary

Esler Companies, the Renewal by Andersen partner, is seeking Event Marketing Representatives to promote our brand at community events. This role centers on sales, customer service, and lead generation, with weekend shifts at home shows and events and paid onboarding.

You'll engage homeowners, provide product information, and schedule free in-home consultations while representing Renewal by Andersen professionally. Training is provided, and you can earn weekly pay with uncapped bonuses.

Esler Companies, the parent company of Renewal by Andersen, is hiring Event Marketing Representatives to represent our brand at community events.

This is a customer-facing event marketing role focused on sales, customer service, and lead generation. You'll help homeowners learn more about our products, promote the Renewal by Andersen brand, and schedule appointments for our Sales team.

This role is primarily scheduled on weekends and may include shifts at home shows, festivals, fairs, and other community events. No industry experience is required. Training provided through paid onboarding, coaching, and ongoing support.
