Job summary

Healthcare Business Media, a division of Bluegrass Business Media, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to own day-to-day digital marketing for IDN Summit and ACE Summit. You will manage event websites, email campaigns, design production, and supporting materials.

Work across Swoogo, Mailchimp, Canva, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Vimeo to keep pages accurate, run campaigns, and prepare sponsor and attendee communications.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication for emails, web copy, and social posts.
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms in a single day.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills and deadline-oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn event-registration logic.
• Healthcare/event experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and audit the IDN and ACE event websites in Swoogo (public pages, registration flows, agendas, sponsor listings, resource centers, emails).
• Plan and send corporate and pre-event email campaigns in Mailchimp; maintain annual email calendar and segment lists.
• Build and update graphics in Canva for emails, social posts, guides, and banners.
• Create and QC PowerPoint decks for housekeeping, pre-event, and speaker support.
• Post to LinkedIn and X; coordinate content across email and social channels.
• Support video workflow in Vimeo; clip shorts, add intros, archive recordings.
• Coordinate printed pieces with vendors and track deadlines.
• Maintain SharePoint/OneDrive marketing folders and sponsor headshots/bios; track sponsor deliverables.
• Assist with Executive Insights scheduling, draft agendas, post-event recap pages, and SurveyMonkey campaigns.
• Send sponsor contracts via DocuSign and register sponsor types as they arrive.
