Job summary

Bay Home & Window in the Bay Area is seeking an Event Marketing Associate to be the first contact with new customers at partner locations and events. You will learn to share our products and set up showroom or home appointments with the design team.

You will be coached by a caring management team and gain hands-on training in customer engagement, booth setup, product education, and using iPads to capture client information.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact with new customers at Bay Area partner locations and events.
• Share information about products and set up appointments for the design team to meet in homes or showrooms.
• Be coached and mentored by a caring management team to connect customers with the company.
• Set up and maintain in-store vendor and booth displays.
• Engage with potential customers to educate about products offered.
• Interface with partner management teams and collect client information via iPads to book appointments.
• Assist in booth clean-up and overall event assistance.

YOUR ROLE

Your mission is to be the first point of contact with new customers as they engage with you at our Bay Area partner locations and other events. We will train you to share our wonderful products and answer questions for potential customers, and to then set up appointments for our design team to meet in their homes or showrooms. You will be coached and mentored by a caring, dedicated management team to become an important first connection point between our company and our new customers.

A day in the life of an Event Marketing Associate:

• Set-up and maintain in-store vendor and booth display throughout the day
• Engage with potential customers to educate and help them learn about the products we offer
• Interface with our partner’s management teams
• Gather client information and use iPads to book appointments on the spot
• Assist in clean-up of booth
