The Bizarre Agency in Miami is seeking an outgoing Event Marketing Assistant for an entry-level role with full training provided. You will represent client campaigns at live events, engaging customers face-to-face and helping create positive brand experiences.

This in-person position offers weekly pay, continuous training, and exposure to multiple campaigns. Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Work alongside the team to support daily campaign objectives.

The Bizarre Agency is growing in Miami, and we’re looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join our team as Event Marketing Assistants. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, so previous marketing experience is not required. We welcome applicants from across the Miami area with backgrounds in hospitality, retail, customer service, events, promotions, sales, or other customer-facing positions.

The Opportunity

As an Event Marketing Assistant, you’ll represent client campaigns at live events, promotional locations, and community activations throughout the Miami area. You’ll spend your day interacting with customers face to face, introducing campaigns, answering questions, and helping create a positive experience for the brands and organizations we represent. If you’re confident speaking with people, enjoy being part of an energetic team, and want hands‑on experience in marketing and customer engagement, this could be a great fit.
