Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking an energetic Event Marketer to represent our products at trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events in the Medina, OH area. You will engage potential customers, demonstrate products, and generate qualified leads for our sales team while meeting lead targets set by the Event Marketing Manager.

The role is part-time with starting pay of $18 per hour plus commission, paid weekly. Training is provided and there are opportunities for growth into management positions

Qualifications

• Reliability of vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Attention to detail and punctuality.
• Self-motivated with strong desire to educate potential customers about products.
• High level of energy and ability to stand for long periods at events.
• Ability to utilize the company system to submit leads.
• Must have a smartphone to use the time-keeping app.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled events and generate leads for the local office.
• Conduct product demonstrations with high energy and engagement.
• Generate and capture show leads for the sales team.
• Set up and tear down event equipment (lift up to 50 pounds).

Job Summary

The Event Marketer will attend pre‑scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interactions with potential customers. Assigned to work trade shows/events/fairs/festivals and community events to generate qualified leads for our talented sales team. Responsible for exceeding issued lead targets and goals administered by the Event Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed.
• Generate and capture show leads using our award‑winning products.
• Set up and tear down event (ability to lift up to 50 pounds).
