Job summary

DALCO Home Remodeling is seeking energetic individuals to join our growing Event Marketing team for a part-time role in the St. Louis area.

You will represent the company at retail locations, community events, trade shows, and local festivals, engaging customers and promoting products and services with a performance-based bonus structure. The position offers weekly pay with an hourly base rate and bonuses, with opportunities for advancement into leadership roles in a fast-paced, team-oriented

• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during events.
• Weekend availability preferred.
• Previous customer service, retail, promotions, or event experience is helpful but not required

• Represent DALCO Home Remodeling professionally at events and retail locations such as Sam's Club
• Engage with potential customers and provide information about our products and services
• Generate customer interest and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with the event team
• Arrive on time and assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
• Weekly pay with hourly base pay plus performance bonuses
• Typical earnings range from $1,150–$2,250 per week depending on performance and event schedule
• Opportunities for advancement into leadership and management roles
