Job summary

Erie Home in Festus, MO is hiring an Event Marketer to generate leads at pre-scheduled events and support our sales team with high-energy product demonstrations.

You will attend trade shows, fairs, and community events, engaging potential customers, capturing leads, and helping our rapidly growing company expand its market presence while meeting lead targets set by the Event Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• Able to work weekends (Fri–Sun).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Attention to detail and punctuality.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line.
• High energy, able to stand for extended periods at events.
• Must have a smartphone to use the timekeeping app and submit leads.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and demonstrate products with high energy.
• Generate and capture show leads for our sales team.
• Event set up and tear down (up to 50 pounds).

Job Summary

The Event Marketer will attend pre-scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interactions with potential customers. Assigned to work trade shows/events/fairs/festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads for our talented sales team. Responsible for exceeding issued lead targets and goals administered by the Event Marketing Manager.

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques


• Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed


• Generate and Data Capture show leads for our award-winning products


• Event set up and tear down (ability to lift to 50 pounds)

Job Requirements

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)


• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required


• Attention to detail and punctual


• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line


• High level of energy, engagement and standing for extended periods of time at events


• Ability to utilize our proven system to generate qualified leads for our rapidly growing company


• Must have a smartphone to use the Company timekeeping application and submit leads.
