Leaf Home, based in Cleveland, Tennessee, is searching for a part-time Event Marketer to join their event marketing team. In this role, you will attend various trade shows, fairs, and festivals to engage potential customers and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and able to work weekends. Starting pay is $18 per hour with opportunities for performance-based increases, flexible scheduling, and potential growth into management positions.

Qualifications

We are looking for outgoing, energetic individuals to join our event marketing team as a part-time Event Marketer at trade shows, fairs, festivals, and events throughout the area.

Job Summary

The Event Marketer will attend pre-scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interactions with potential customers. The role involves attending trade shows, events, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads for our talented sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for exceeding lead targets and goals set by the Event Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Work well without close supervision while keeping the manager informed.
• Generate and capture data for show leads for our award-winning products.
• Set up and tear down event booths, enabling the lift of up to 50 pounds.

Job Requirements

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Attention to detail and punctuality.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line.
• High level of energy, engagement, and ability to stand for extended periods of time at events.
• Ability to utilize our proven system to generate qualified leads for our rapidly growing company.
• Must have a smartphone to use the company timekeeping application and submit leads.
