Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking outgoing individuals to join the event marketing team as part-time Event Marketers for trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events in the Cincinnati area. You will engage potential customers, demonstrate products, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Starting pay is $18 per hour plus commission, with paid training and a flexible schedule. Growth opportunities exist within management roles, and company benefits include 401(k) with match and employee

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun)
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Attention to detail and punctuality
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line
• High energy, engagement and stamina at events
• Must have a smartphone to use the Company timekeeping application and submit leads.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled events and generate leads for the local office
• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations with high energy
• Generate and data capture show leads for the sales team
• Handle event set up and tear down (lift up to 50 pounds)

Job Summary

The Event Marketer will attend pre-scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interactions with potential customers. Assigned to work trade shows/events/fairs/festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads for our talented sales team. Responsible for exceeding issued lead targets and goals administered by the Event Marketing Manager.

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
• Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed
• Generate and Data Capture show leads for our award-winning products
• Event set up and tear down (ability to lift to 50 pounds)

Job Requirements

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
• Attention to detail and punctual
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line
• High level of energy, engagement and standing for extended periods of time at events
• Ability to utilize our proven system to generate qualified leads for our rapidly growing company
• Must have a smartphone to use the Company timekeeping application and submit leads.
