Job summary

Champion Windows & Home Exteriors is seeking a Field Marketer (Events and Canvassing) for part-time work in Idaho/Boise. You will canvas events, schedule appointments, and demonstrate Champion products to potential clients, acting as a brand ambassador.

This role suits energetic individuals who enjoy direct client interaction and flexible weekend availability. Base pay ranges from $15.00–$19.00 per hour plus commission; weekly commissions can reach $750–$1500+.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.

Responsibilities

Are you an enthusiastic and outgoing individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the field of marketing? Join our team as a Field Marketer and become a vital part of our team by showcasing Champion Product lines acting as a brand ambassador to potential clients. As a Field Marketer, you will schedule appointments while canvassing, at home shows, festivals or event locations as assigned. You may also demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products to prospects while at events. We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic and is comfortable dealing directly with clients.

Hourly Base Pay

$15.00 to $19.00 per hour plus commission

Responsibilities

In addition to a base pay, this position offers a commission-based compensation structure. High performing individuals have a potential to earn between $15-$19 per hour, coupled with a weekly commission ranging between $750 - $1500/week and above. Pay is determined by various factors, but not limited to, experience, market location, education, and certifications to name a few.
