Job summary

Kona Ice of Bend is seeking a dependable, energetic Event Manager/Driver to operate our trucks at local Bend, OR events. You will drive to events, set up and break down service, serve customers, and handle payments while delivering a fun, professional experience.

This role offers part-time or full-time schedules with weekend availability, flexible hours, and opportunities to advance within a growing mobile business.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable, energetic, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive Kona Ice trucks to and from events.
• Set up, operate, and close down service per standards.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at events.
• Serve products accurately and efficiently.
• Process payments and handle cash or POS transactions responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of trucks and equipment.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor product levels and communicate inventory needs.
• Support basic cleaning, stocking, and resetting before/after events.
• Represent Kona Ice of Bend and Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee in a professional manner.
