Hilton Universal/Los Angeles seeks an events service professional to plan, detail, and execute all group and social events after contracts are signed. This non-sales role focuses on service and operational success, serving as the primary client liaison from turnover through post-event completion to ensure flawless service and Hilton guest experience.
You will coordinate with hotel departments on pre-event planning, site visits, BEOs, food & beverage, AV, and billing, and provide on-site support
This role is responsible for planning, detailing, and executing all assigned group and social events after the business is contracted. This is a non-sales position focused solely on event service and operational success. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the client from the point of turnover through the event’s completion, ensuring flawless service and consistent Hilton guest experience.
Pay rate: $70,304.00 - $75,000 annually
Fast-paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint. Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, and twist in the work area. Must be able to maneuver around property. Must be able to sit, walk and stand for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to operate a computer, telephone, and copier. Must have manual dexterity to operate all office equipment.
Work schedules are based on the operational needs of the business. Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required for this position.
