Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time Utility Worker at Patina Event Catering in Los Angeles, CA. You will uphold cleanliness standards in the kitchen and serving areas to ensure guest safety and quality of service.

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience, be able to lift up to 70 lbs, and be willing to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends. Training and development opportunities are offered along with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience required.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Capacity to work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware using hands or dishwasher while maintaining sanitation standards.
• Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Clean work area, equipment, floors, walls, and storage areas.
• Remove and sanitize trash and garbage cans.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from events when needed.
