Job summary

D’Amico Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support two venues, The Beach Club and Machine Shop. You will clean and sanitize dishes, maintain kitchen spaces, and support overall sanitation and safety standards across the facilities.

Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen, stand for long shifts, and handle routine duties as directed by the Chef. Opportunities include health, dental, vision, and other benefits as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial kitchen dishwashing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, and sanitize kitchen wares and equipment.
• Store and organize rolling stock.
• Sweep and mop designated areas to maintain sanitation.
• Notify Chef regarding repairs.
• Empty trash and recycle materials properly.
• Assist with special tasks as directed by the Chef.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and linens.
• Promote safety and adhere to closing procedures.
