Job summary

Quest-Events-LLC in Kent, WA seeks an Event Installer/Driver to operate box trucks and vans, load/unload gear and set drape/hardware at venues. You’ll work with a crew to deliver reliable, customer-focused service and support multiple events weekly.

Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, prior driving experience, and the ability to handle on-site challenges with a professional appearance and strong work ethic. The role offers growth opportunities and overtime potential.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service-related job experience preferred but not required.
• Understanding of hotel/convention docks
• Ability to execute consecutive events while handling the associated stresses and challenges.
• Can positively interact with team members and customers on a daily basis and be open to constructive criticism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick-up gear/crew to event venues
• Preparation for daily scheduled activities both in the warehouse and on-site
• Working with a Crew Leader and a team of Crew Members
• Loading and unloading company vehicles at the warehouse and on jobsites
• Set and strike drape and hardware at event venues
• Completing warehouse tasks after on-site work is finished
• Delivering outstanding customer service
