AMF is seeking an Event Host in Allen Park, Michigan to ensure a vibrant atmosphere during events. You’ll manage guest satisfaction by coordinating needs and exceeding expectations while suggesting additional services.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a position.

Responsibilities

• Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and special requests.
• Suggestively sell additional entertainment or food to the event package.
• Coordinate the setup of all tables and manage food & beverage service.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and exceed guest needs.
• Assist with programming into the scoring system and explain safety precautions.
