Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an energetic Event Host in Melville, NY area for a part-time, on-site role. You will manage events from setup to wrap-up, liaise with staff, upsell extras, and ensure guest satisfaction. Evening/night shifts and weekend availability are required, with a fun, guest-focused environment.

Applicants must be 18+ and able to multitask in a dynamic entertainment setting. Perks include free bowling and arcade discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask in a lively entertainment environment.

Responsabilités

• Gather all essential info for events and staffing before start of each event.
• Liaise with managers, chefs and service staff for event timing and special requests.
• Suggestively sell extensions to pre-ordered event packages (additional entertainment or food & beverage).
• Coordinate setup of tables/areas/supplies and oversee service of all food & beverage.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure guest needs are exceeded.
• Assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system and explain safety basics.
