Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Event Host to help run memorable gatherings in our entertainment venues. You will greet guests, gather event details, coordinate with managers and staff, and ensure guest satisfaction from start to finish.

The role is part-time with evening and weekend shifts. You’ll work in a dynamic environment offering free bowling, arcade credit, and beverage discounts, with opportunities to upsell and tailor experiences to guests.

Responsabilités

• Gather essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests.
• Suggestively sell extensions to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package.
• Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure guest needs are exceeded.
• Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and giving a bowling tip if needed.

What Our Event Hosts Do

Our event hosts are responsible for keeping our guests satisfied throughout the life-cycle of their event, exceeding expectations and anticipating needs like it was second nature. Multitasking is the name of the game—and if you’re good at that, you’ll be great as our event host.

AN EVENT HOST’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
• Suggestively sell “extensions” (i.e., additional entertainment or food & beverage) to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package
• Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs aren’t just met, but exceeded
• Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and maybe even giving a quick bowling lesson (kidding, not kidding)

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
• Part-time, evening and night shifts, weekend availability.
