Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Seattle is seeking an enthusiastic Event Host to create memorable experiences and ensure guest satisfaction throughout each event. You’ll be part of a vibrant team in a premier entertainment venue.

As an Event Host you will gather event details, coordinate with staff, upsell extensions, manage setup and service, and build a personal connection with clients to ensure expectations are exceeded.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

What Our Event Hosts Do

Our event hosts are responsible for keeping our guests satisfied throughout the life-cycle of their event, exceeding expectations and anticipating needs like it was second nature. Multitasking is the name of the game—and if you’re good at that, you’ll be great as our event host.

AN EVENT HOST’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
• Suggestively sell “extensions” (i.e., additional entertainment or food & beverage) to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package
• Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs aren’t just met, but exceeded
• Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and maybe even giving a quick bowling lesson (kidding, not kidding)

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on qualifications.

Lucky Strike Entertainment offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package which includes healthcare coverage and other benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, employee assistance program (EAP), life insurance, disability insurance, and paid time off.

Washington residents will accrue 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked.
