The Dinner Table Club is seeking a part-time Event Host in Los Angeles to welcome guests, coordinate with restaurant partners, and help run evenings featuring seat switches and programming. This role is event-based, not full-time, typically 1–2 events per month.
As the face of The Dinner Table Club on event nights, you’ll arrive early, check guests in, announce the evening, and ensure smooth timing while capturing content on your phone. A warm, confident presence is essential.
The Dinner Table Club is a social dining community that brings strangers together over curated meals, seat rotations, and memorable evenings. We host intimate dinner parties across New York City, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Miami, and San Francisco - designed to help people make genuine connections and discover great restaurants in their city.
We've served 2,400+ guests across 240+ events, and we're growing fast. Now we're looking for a part-time Event Host to join our LA team.
This is a part-time, event-based position - not a full-time role. Our Event Hosts typically work 1-2 events per month, shared with other hosts in their market. If you're looking for a flexible side role with a tight-knit, purpose-driven team, this is a great fit. If you're looking for a full-time position, this isn't the right role.
As an Event Host, you are the face of The Dinner Table on event nights. You'll arrive early, coordinate with our restaurant partners, welcome guests, facilitate the evening's programming (including our signature seat switches between courses), and close out the night - all while capturing content and making sure every guest leaves feeling like they made a real connection.
We\'re a small team building something with real community impact. Our guests come to meet people, and our hosts make that possible. If you\'re passionate about hospitality, social connection, and being part of a brand on its way up - we\'d love to meet you!
