Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Event Host to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our vibrant venues. You will handle event details, coordinate with staff, and help guests feel welcomed from start to finish.

You’ll multitask across event logistics, upsell extensions, and ensure accurate setup and safety while creating a memorable experience for every guest. Availability for evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and ability to multitask.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Part-time availability including evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to start.
• Coordinate with managers, chefs, and service staff on timing and requests.
• Suggest extensions to pre-ordered event packages.
• Coordinate the setup of tables/areas and service of food & beverages.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and exceed guest needs.
• Assist guests by programming names into the scoring system and explain safety precautions.

What Our Event Hosts Do

Our event hosts are responsible for keeping our guests satisfied throughout the life-cycle of their event, exceeding expectations and anticipating needs like it was second nature. Multitasking is the name of the game—and if you’re good at that, you’ll be great as our event host.

AN EVENT HOST’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
• Suggestively sell “extensions” (i.e., additional entertainment or food & beverage) to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package
• Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs aren’t just met, but exceeded
• Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and maybe even giving a quick bowling lesson (kidding, not kidding)

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
• Part-time, evening and night shifts, weekend availability.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on qualifications.
