Qualifications

• Prior food & beverage or retail experience; sales experience a plus.
• Guest focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Relationship building is very important.
• Proficient in software such as Excel, Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.

Responsibilities

• Help Guests plan memorable birthday and event experiences.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Engage with all Guests, being an ambassador of FUN.
• Understand all aspects of event packages and add-ons.
• Sell, schedule and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events.
• Input sales revenue and guest information using systems and programs.
• Partner with Sales Manager to exceed budgeted sales targets.
• Prospect and cold call to develop ongoing relationships.
• Support local store marketing initiatives to drive sales.
• Attend and engage in weekly sales meetings.
