Job summary

Heed Health is seeking EMTs to join our dynamic team of event medics, providing first aid and safety coverage at a variety of events across the Austin area. You will administer first-aid, perform basic life support, assess need for escalation, and coordinate with emergency services as needed.

Qualifications

• First-Aid administration and CPR experience (BLS/CPR certification preferred).
• Ability to assess patient condition and decide on escalation to emergency services.
• Comfort working at multiple event environments with rapid, on-site decisions.

Responsibilities

• First-Aid Administration: provide prompt care for injuries or illnesses.
• Basic Life Support: perform CPR and assist in stabilizing patients.
• Emergency Care Escalation: determine need for advanced care and notify responders.
• Coordination with Emergency Services: communicate with EMS to facilitate transfers.
