Job summary

As part of the Event Department, you will engage patrons, showcase product features, coordinate with the Events Coordinator, and help maintain displays. Training is provided, weekend availability is required, and performance bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic, and coachable personality with strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings at events.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Open to travel within the Madison/Monroe WI area.

Responsibilities

• Engage patrons at shows to generate leads and appointments for our home improvement products from them.
• Maintain knowledge of the features and benefits of our products.
• Effectively communicate with the Events Coordinator before, during, and after events.
• Help care for and maintain the condition and appearance of our event displays and marketing materials.
