Job summary

Prime NWI Baths seeks energetic Event Appointment Setters / Event Demonstrators to represent our brand at local promotional booths in Mishawaka, IN. You will engage homeowners, qualify leads, and schedule free in-home consultations for our bath remodeling services.

No experience required; training provided. You will join a high‑energy team at events, fairs, shows and festivals, with flexible weekend hours and performance‑based incentives.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic, and coachable personality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Reliable personal vehicle is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during events.

Responsibilities

• Engage with event attendees and homeowners to generate leads and set appointments for our home improvement products and services.
• Educate potential customers on the features and benefits of our products.
• Communicate effectively with the Event Coordinator before, during, and after events.
• Assist with the setup, breakdown, and maintenance of event displays and marketing materials.
• Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically at all times.

We are seeking Event Appointment Setters / Event Demonstrators to be the face of our brand at promotional booths throughout the community.

We'll send you to exciting local events, fairs, shows, and festivals where you'll represent our company, engage with homeowners, and help schedule free in-home consultations for our bath remodeling services. You'll be part of a high-energy team that helps generate quality leads and appointments while building awareness of our brand throughout the area.
