Job summary

PartySavvy is seeking a Delivery and Warehouse Specialist in Canton, OH. The role focuses on delivering and setting up event rentals, including tents, staging, and lighting, within a typical 50‑mile radius while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will load/unload equipment, coordinate with the team, and ensure timely execution of events, with opportunities for overtime during peak season and a flexible schedule to fit client needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license preferred; must meet company insurance requirements if operating a vehicle.
• Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).
• Basic math skills, including fractions, percentages, and ratios.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand, lift, bend, and move repetitively for extended periods in a warehouse and outdoor setting.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 or 50 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
• Pass a company background check, DOT physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up equipment at client venues within a 50‑mile radius.
• Load and unload event rental equipment and assist with tent setup/installation.
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate handling and order fulfillment.
• Operate moving equipment and perform quality control inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of rental equipment, vehicles, warehouse, and grounds.
• Adhere to FMCSA procedures and company safety policies.
