Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a staff assistant to support event day operations, reporting to the Office Manager. The role focuses on clocking in/out, directing staff to locations, uniform handling, and helping set up check-in areas. You will work long hours with standing and lifting in a fast-paced environment.

You will stay calm under pressure, provide positive guest service, and work flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays. Pay rate is $16.90/hr.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work long periods with standing, walking, and lifting.
• Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations.
• Must be able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service.
• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisor.
