Job summary

Rhino Staging LLC seeks a full-time supervisor to oversee field crews and ensure safety and client standards are met. You will manage shifts, track hours, and coordinate with coordinators to deliver high-quality events across the US.

The role requires OSHA10 certification and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Hours vary including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; compensation ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 annually with DOE.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• OSHA10 General Industry certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to address needs professionally.
• Foster a safe working environment free from harassment.
• Keep track of field employee hours and timesheets; supervise shifts.
• Turn timesheets into Scheduling Coordinators by deadline.
• Attend mandatory supervisor and safety meetings.
• Oversee task completion ensuring safety and client standards.
• Prepare incident/accident reports and relevant paperwork promptly.
• Communicate policies and enforce them across teams.
