American Express Global Business Travel is seeking an experienced events professional to manage end-to-end registration for large corporate programs. You will configure Cvent sites, paths, and emails, coordinate housing and travel blocks, and oversee communications from invitation to post-event follow-up.
You will run reporting on attendee counts, dietary needs, and accessibility, and support onsite registration with badge printing and desk staffing while protecting attendee data and ensuring
Build registration in the client's Cvent instance for assigned programs, including event sites, registration paths and forms, invitations, confirmations, and reminders. Manage attendee housing and travel details, including room blocks, rooming lists, arrival and departure manifests, and the changes that keep coming until the day of the program. Send attendee communications on schedule, from the first invitation through final details and post event follow up, in the client's brand and voice. Run attendee reporting from invitation through post event, including registration counts, pacing against targets, dietary and accessibility needs, and the reports the event manager, producer, and client stakeholders rely on. Answer attendee questions through the program inbox quickly and accurately, and spot the question that points to a problem with the site or the communication. Test every site, form, and email before it goes live, so errors are found by you and not by an attendee. Run the onsite registration desk, including badges, check in, onsite changes, and desk staffing, with the travel that comes with it. Protect attendee data by following the client's privacy and data handling rules, limiting access, and keeping records accurate enough to audit. Carry registration for several programs at different stages at once, keep each timeline current in the client's project tools, and raise risks early, such as slow pacing or a room block about to release. Close each program with final attendance, no shows, hotel pickup against the block, survey results, and a clean archive.
