Events Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Research and identify events and shows within our assigned territory
• Negotiate contracts with event vendors
• Book and maintain an annual calendar of events and shows
• Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators
• Schedule demonstrators to work events
• Coordinate booth and display setup and tear down
• Generate appointments for free in-home consultations at events and shows
• Collect contest entries
• Follow up on contest entries and schedule free in-home consultations
• Measure and report event performance results
