Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a part-time Event Catering Wait Staff for the Dallas, TX area at GWB Presidential (2943 SMU Boulevard, Dallas, TX 75205). Night and weekend availability is required, with shifts that may vary. Previous food service experience is required and a free staff meal is provided.

Assemble, deliver, set up and serve food and beverages at on-premise and off-premise events. You will help with dining service, event setup, bussing, and maintaining a clean work area throughout

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience is required.
• Must meet any applicable health requirements for food handlers.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to the scheduled locations.
• Arranges tables and decorations.
• Sets buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to pre-established standards.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Cleans and packs dishes and utensils.
• Returns un-served foods and equipment to the Commissary.
• Clears up venue after event ends and assists with inventory and closeout tasks.
