Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Catering Porters to join our American Family Field team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will help set up and break down catering events, transport supplies, and ensure food safety and cleanliness throughout events.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
• Very organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down catering events according to provided instructions.
• Transport food, beverage, equipment, and supplies from the warehouse to event locations.
• Follow and monitor food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper storage and temperature controls.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage areas.
• Inspect and store buffets and service equipment after each event.
• Maintain inventory of linens, disposables, condiments, dry stock, and service supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to leadership.
• Follow maintenance schedules and cleanliness standards for storage spaces.
• Support food and beverage operations while keeping warehouse organized.
