• Cleans the location after events and returns leftover food and equipment to the facility.
• Distributes and collects guest comment cards for catered events.
• Stocks and maintains catering facility and equipment.
• Ensures guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Maintains knowledge of the full menu and items on hand.
