Sugar Beach Events is seeking an Event Captain (The Director) with a hospitality heart to lead the service team at venues across Hawaii. You will orchestrate memories, carry champagne trays, and ensure the guest of honor feels like royalty.

You will be the bridge between kitchen and client, solve problems on the fly, stay cool when plans shift, and maintain a guest-first mindset with a professional appearance.
