Job summary

Window Nation is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent at Jacksonville area events, festivals, and home shows. This part‑time role pays $18/hr base with uncapped commission and mileage reimbursement. Paid training is provided, and you’ll work roughly 10–30 hours per week.

You’ll meet homeowners, discuss needs, generate leads for the sales team, and create an inviting booth experience. You’re not closing sales, but you earn more through performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for front‑line outreach.
• Able to engage crowds and qualify interested homeowners.
• Reliable, energetic, and capable of standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities
