Job summary

Proof of the Pudding, in partnership with World of Coca‑Cola, is seeking experienced Barbacks to support the Mixology events team in Atlanta. You will assist with bar setup and breakdown, pull inventory, and ensure everything is ready for guests across venues.

Candidates should have at least two years’ barback experience, a high school diploma or GED, the legal age to serve alcohol, and a strong knowledge of bar menus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Barback.
• Be the legal age to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of bar menu items and stocking.
• Must be exceedingly responsible and accountable.
• Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles required.
• Must live near or be willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for pre & post bar set‑up/break down.
• Pulls product needed for each night’s event and organizes for rollout.
• Ensures items are at the bar in time for events and handles inventory.
• Assist Bartenders with replenishment and shortages.
• Remains proactive in supporting the bartender team.
• Keep bar area clean and stocked, refilling ice as needed.
• Performs other related duties as required.
