Responsibilities

• Review BEOs for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and AV needs.
• Assist the set up staff in table, buffet and bar setup.
• Check food quality and presentation before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for functions.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with the Kitchen to update changes.
