Qualifications

• Experienced with audiovisual technology.
• Strong customer service and overall communication skills.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prep, set, and strike audiovisual equipment and keep inventory updated.
• Maintain inventory and ensure timely order completion.
• Operate AV equipment with understanding of signal flow and equipment specifications.
• Identify shortages and prepare orders, offering substitutions.
• Maintain open communication with management.
• Follow strict guidelines and schedules.
• Represent INSPIRE professionally and follow grooming policies.
• Maintain respectful relationships with clients and hotel staff.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where input is valued.
• Protect company equipment and report damages promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
