Job summary

Five Star Bath Solutions is seeking friendly Brand Ambassadors to represent our CT/RI/MA brand at home shows, expos, festivals, retail locations and community events. No remodeling experience required; paid training and talking points provided.

You will start conversations, identify interested homeowners, collect leads, and schedule complimentary in-home consultations, using a tablet or phone to record details. Flexible, event-based shifts with incentives.

Event Brand Ambassador & Show Promoter

COMPENSATION: $18-$23/hour + incentives | SCHEDULE: Flexible, event-based shifts | TERRITORY: CT | RI | MA

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are Five Star Bath Solutions™ of CT, RI and Southern MA. We are looking for friendly, energetic and dependable professionals to represent our brand at home shows, expos, festivals, retail locations and community events where you will create a welcoming experience, introduce homeowners to our bathroom-remodeling solutions and help interested attendees schedule a complimentary in-home consultation. No remodeling expertise is required. We provide paid training, approved talking points and the tools you need to feel confident. The best promoters are enthusiastic and goal-oriented while remaining genuine, respectful and never overly pushy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Start friendly, natural conversations with event attendees and introduce homeowners to our services, products and current promotions
• Ask thoughtful questions to identify interested, qualified homeowners while representing the brand with enthusiasm, professionalism and integrity.
• Collect accurate lead information and schedule complimentary in-home consultations for the sales team.
• Use a tablet, smartphone, or paper form to record leads accurately and submit a brief event recap after each shift.
• Set up, maintain and break down a clean, inviting and professional display.

WHAT YOU BRING

• An outgoing, approachable personality and confidence speaking with new people.
• Reliability, punctuality and commitment to assignments once accepted.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Comfort working independently and following a conversational script without sounding scripted.
• Strong communication, active-listening and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service, retail, promotional, event or sales experience is helpful but not required; home-improvement experience is a plus
• If you can comfortably start a conversation with almost anyone; are approachable, dependable and enthusiastic without being pushy; and you understand that great event marketing begins with genuine connections, attentive listening and helping interested homeowners take the next step then YOU WILL THRIVE HERE.

SCHEDULE AND EVENT LOCATIONS

• Part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible, event-based scheduling.
• Weekday, evening and weekend shifts based on the event calendar; minimum shifts are generally five hours.
• Events take place throughout Connecticut, Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts; team members are not required to cover every region. Shift details shared in advance whenever possible.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand, walk and engage with attendees for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry and move event materials weighing up to 25 pounds and assist with routine booth setup and breakdown.
