Responsibilities

• Provide building access to guests, greet visitors, and assist individuals in the lobby.
• Operate multiline telephone system and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
• Provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain safety checks for patients in lobby.
