Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field is required.
• Must have Pennsylvania clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Experience in completing treatment plans and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create treatment plans.
• Maintain a caseload of up to 25 client sessions per week.
• Provide creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrate stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

Comfort with diverse client base

Experience with treatment plans and clinical case notes

Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems

Education

Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field
