Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients and their families on illness/injury management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration.
• Participates in patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance activities; engages in professional development.
• Develops, implements, and documents plans of care with goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, patient, and family.
