Job summary

Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking an evenings/bank cleaner for our Austin, MN location. This part-time role involves cleaning after hours in banking facilities, including floors, restrooms, break areas, and common surfaces, with trash removal and nightly cleaning of glass walls and vestibules.

Shift: Monday through Saturday 6:30pm to 9:00pm. You must be 18+, able to speak English, lift up to 30 lbs, and pass a pre-employment background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to speak English.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
