Job summary

Marsden Central is hiring an evenings cleaner-floater for St. Paul, MN. The role is full-time and permanent, with a Monday–Friday 5:00pm–1:30am schedule. Driver's license may be required for occasional driving between sites.

Compensation is $20.00 per hour with Health Care cleaning responsibilities in healthcare settings. Must be 18+, able to speak English, and pass a pre-employment background check. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs is required. OT may be available and one weekend per month on-call.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.

Description

Shift: Monday through Friday 5:00pm to 1:30am

Requirements

Job includes but not limited to: driving to the office daily by 5pm, grabbing keys from a key box, getting a different list of accounts to drive to and fully clean to expectations. Some use of personal car may be needed if vans are out. Cleaner must clean to Health Care cleaning expectations. Clean rooms, ORs, Surgery, General hospital rooms, offices, bathrooms etc. Some buildings require special garments Medical cleaners disinfect all surfaces daily, dust daily, trash, recycle, glass clean, sweep, mop, vacuum, metal shine, wall spot, restrooms, lunchrooms, exams etc. OT available. One weekend per month required on call.
