Job summary

Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a dedicated cleaner for the Austin, MN location on a permanent basis. You will perform sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and surface cleaning to maintain a safe, spotless environment.

The role requires 18+ years old, ability to speak English, and a pre-employment background check. Shifts run Mon-Sat evenings with some late hours and a valid driver’s license is requested.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors throughout the building.
• Waste removal: collect and dispose of trash from bins.
• Restrooms: clean and sanitize, restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, towels).
• Surface cleaning: dust, wipe, and sanitize surfaces and furniture.

  Job Duties:

  As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

  • Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
  • Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
  • Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
  • Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
