Intercept Health in Virginia is hiring an Evening Support Specialist for YouthQuest, working evenings and weekends to support residents and model positive values. You will contribute to the resident transitional living plan and assist with life skills learning, transportation, and daily duties.

The role emphasizes guiding residents in personal hygiene, meals, housekeeping, and routines while coordinating across Lakeside and Central locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution.
• Ability to transport and supervise residents.
• Experience supporting youth in residential or community settings.

Responsabilités

• Use good interpersonal communication to gain resident cooperation and resolve conflicts.
• Provide transportation, accompany, and supervise residents on outings and appointments.
• Guide residents in personal hygiene, meal preparation steps, housekeeping, and weekly chores review.
• Exercise fair, firm and consistent use of behavioral system.
• Supervise administration of medications as appropriate.
• Check condominiums for curfew/compliance and document incidents in the resident chart.
