You will focus on safety, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency to keep products moving and customers served on time.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of production experience, and the ability to operate tractors, trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.

Qualifications

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of production or manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to safely operate or learn to operate tractor‑trailers, straight trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate tractors, straight trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and floor jacks.
  • Move trailers to and from shipping and receiving docks efficiently and safely.
  • Perform required DOT and company pre‑trip inspections and maintain related logs.
  • Maintain daily trailer yard inventory and complete trip reports.
  • Inspect trailer loads to ensure products are properly secured before sealing.
  • Place shipping paperwork on trailers as needed.
  • Assist with product transfers between warehouse storage and trucks.
  • Maintain dock areas and grounds, including debris removal, sweeping, snow/ice removal, and equipment inspection.
  • Follow all safety, housekeeping, and PPE requirements.
  • Report unsafe conditions, defective equipment, and injuries.
